Hello West County!  If you live in any of the cities below, you might be curious what was going on with the market last month in May 2024.  The market always keeps us on our toes.  We have definitely seen things pick up as we hit the home buying season.  With that being said, we still are seeing low inventory.  In most areas, things are selling very fast.  You will notice most of the average days to sell was low.  The months of inventory is also low meaning that we are in a sellers’ market still.  Price and condition are still the most important things that dictate how fast something sells.  

You might wonder why some cities sold so many and others didn’t, but that is just because of the size of city.  Des Peres, Town and Country and Manchester are small compared to Ballwin, Chesterfield and Wildwood.
