Hello West County!  If you live in any of the cities below, you might be curious what was going on with the market last month in June 2024.  Last month in June I saw all the months of inventory decrease which tells us that things are selling fast and we have little inventory.  Still a sellers market!  You will notice most of the average days to sell are still low.  Price and condition are still the most important things that dictate how fast something sells.  I also saw many of average prices increase.  If you are looking to sell, you will get a great price for your house right now.
