Hello West County!  If you live in any of the cities below, you might be curious what was going on with the market last month in July 2024.  Last month in July we saw that sales stayed pretty steady in comparison to June.  You can see by glancing at all the Months of Inventory that they are still relatively low ranging from 1 to 3 months of inventory.  Low inventory means that we are still in a sellers market.  You will notice most of the average days to sell are still low as well. 

Over the next couple months we will start to see things slow done typically just because of the time of year.  Price and condition are still the most important things that dictate how fast something sells.  If you are looking to sell, you will get a great price for your house right now.
