Hello West County!  Happy May!  As we have dived into spring, we are seeing things pick up a little.  This update from April you will see more activity and a little bit more inventory.  

Most months I sound like a broken record, but the inventory is still overall relatively low and we’re still in a seller’s market for the most part.  Each area, even down to the subdivision, is very unique and has it’s own “mini-market”.    It is still very important as a buyer to be prepared to move on a property quickly and have the pre-approval in hand, ready to go.   

One thing is also for sure, if you’re thinking about selling, now is the time to get all those to do lists ready with what projects you need to complete before the spring.
