In Wildwood, more requests are being submitted for new developments. Whalen Custom Homes is proposing a development called West Mill Subdivision. It would include 17 detached single-family homes on the south side of New College Avenue. And another conditional use permit request was submitted for a horse boarding and training facility. It would be state of the art and be a training facility for high-end horses with a staff of 8-10 to properly maintain it, including removal of manure on a weekly basis and insect management program. If you live around Town and Country and walk the trail/tunnel by Town Square that goes underneath Clayton Road, check out the mural that was created by Principia ninth grade students to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Town and Country. What a great way to celebrate the anniversary!
