In Creve Coeur, the process for hiring the next city administrator has officially begun. This person will be replacing the 26-year position of Mark Perkins. They already have 12 applicants and applications will be taken until October 20. It’s posted nationwide but they are receiving mostly Midwest applications. More to come on that. In Town and Country, 8 electric vehicle charging stations were approved and will be installed within the next 12 months at Town and Country Crossing. In Chesterfield, I was curious to know updates on the Downtown Chesterfield and stumbled to their website, https://www.downtownchesterfieldstl.com/ . They have a lot of renderings on there and info that looks amazing. What an amazing thing coming to West County. We just have to patiently wait now! I also found it interesting that they used approximately 95% of the demolished material from the old mall and that added about 6 months to the demo process.

There are several businesses that do this now and many landscaping companies, like Bloom, do this during the holidays.
