WEST COUNTY EVENTS
WEST COUNTY NEWS
Town and Country finally broke ground on November 11 on its new Military and First Responders Tribute in Town Square. It will be such a nice tribute to all those who give of themselves each and everyday to protect us. They hope to be completed by Veteran’s Day next year. Also in Town and Country, they have approved McBride’s proposal for development at Woods Mill Center. It will be a mixed-use project with a 12,000 sq ft commercial building and 112 condominiums units spread across 14 buildings with 8 in each building. They hope to close on the property in spring 2025 and building on it fall 2025. In Manchester, the historic blue and white Lyceum building that once used to be city hall may be transformed into a community arts center. More to come!
WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK
BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: In honor of Veteran’s Day this week, my business of the week is veteran-owned and employs many veterans. It is Always Clean Cans!! I personally use their service and can honestly say they are amazing. As many of you know, we have small children and our trash cans get really dirty. I gave this as a gift for Father’s Day one year and have kept it going ever since because we love it so much. It is unbelievable how clean they get the trash cans and make them smell so good. Scheduling the services and communication with them is seamless through an automated system. I highly recommend them!! Knowing that they are veterans as well makes it even better. Give them a try if you haven’t already. It would make great Christmas gifts too! https://www.alwayscleancans.com/
