In Ballwin, 6 staff reports were all unanimously passed which contain items such as improvement streets through crack sealing and asphalt edges, pickleball court conversions, and Vlasis Park updates. All good things for Ballwin! If you are a senior, this coming Tuesday be sure to check out the West County Senior Lifestyle Expo at Greensfelder Recreation Complex in Queeny Park. The theme is “Meet Me at the Movies” and is filled with a ton of experiences/information including giveaways, health screenings, entertainment, and valuable information on services and products for seniors. For any aviation folks out there, there will be a grand opening today of a new 28 hanger club called Spirit Sky Club at Spirit of St. Louis airport. There is a large waitlist for hangers and this is going to help alleviate some of that need.
WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK
This week I am still highlighting Oats & Honey Cafe that just opened in April of this year. They are a Latin inspired brunch spot serving breakfast, brunch and lunch. Located in Creve Coeur, close to the intersection of Ballas and Olive. I haven’t been yet but after looking at their website and FB page, the food looks amazing!! They use fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. They have pictures of all their food on their website and after viewing the menu, I would have such a hard time deciding on what to order because it all looks so good. Add it to your list to check out soon!
