Creve Coeur’s Millennium Park, which has been closed recently for updates and improvements, had it’s ribbon cutting event on June 13. The city is also gearing up for its 75th anniversary that will take place on August 8th at Millennium Park. In Chesterfield, there is finally a settlement agreement between Dillards and the city of Chesterfield and TSG (The Staenberg Group) Downtown Chesterfield Redevelopment LLC. Agreement is that Dillards will drop the lawsuit in exchange for a re-opening its store in the upcoming, highly anticipated Downtown Chesterfield redevelopment. With this being settled, construction on the project can start this fall.
WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK
BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Napoli Bros. Pizza and Pasta! The Pietoso family has done it again!…they’ve opened up a new restaurant in The District out in Chesterfield Valley highlighting pizza and pasta. The new restaurant features a coal fired pizza oven that reaches 1,000 degrees and is the only in our area. That is sure to produce some amazing, authentic Napoli tasting pizza! The new concept is meant to be more affordable, casual dining that is family friendly but yet still offers high quality food. I can’t wait to try it out this summer! Have you been yet?
