Monarch Fire Protection District is happy to now be able to offer pre-hospital blood transfusions. Blood products are being carried in the captain vehicle and have already been saving lives. Monarch is the eighth EMS group in Missouri to start carrying the life-saving blood products. We are fortunate to have them in our area. Motorized/electric bikes and scooters continue to be on several West County city’s minds including Ballwin and Town and Country. Potential for new regulations are being discussed. As you may know, I try to highlight local businesses and shine a light on the great ones. Senior Concierge by Friendship Village is doing their 2nd Best of The West contest and the nominations are starting now. With the help of West News Magazine, you can nominate your favorite places.
