WEST COUNTY NEWS

If you have been in town at all this week, the talk of the town has definitely been on the weather and the slow moving removal of all the snow. Hopefully that’s all past us. In Ellisville, two housing developments have been proposed on Old State Road. One by McBride named Regal Pines which would consist of 49 single-family detached residential homes and another by 510 Old State LLC named Napoli Estates which would consist of 22 lots similar in style that are offered at Ellisville Meadows. Some are concerned by the noise they think the owners would complain about being so close to commercial property.

WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK

BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Rainforest Head Spa in Ellisville!! As soon as I read the name of this spa, I had to research it further…it is a spa just for your scalp! They will hydrate your scalp, detox it and apply all natural products that help promote healthy scalp and hair growth. What a different and neat concept for a spa. Who doesn’t love a good scalp massage?!? Owners have grown up in St. Louis and are excited to share this unique concept for a spa with everyone. Definitely putting them on my list to try.
