WEST COUNTY NEWS

In Chesterfield, enhancements to the Chesterfield Amphitheatre have already been in the works on paper but a restroom on the south entrance will be built sooner than anticipated. They are hoping all enhancements, which include some back of the house updates for the artists, to be complete by June 2, 2025. In Wildwood, the Reserve Project which was the McKelvey homes project of the 115-lot residential subdivision which covers a little over 50 acres is now approved and going forward. Their project was denied in a Nov. 4 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting but in the Dec. 2 meeting, reconsideration was taken and approved. Congratulations to the Lafayette Lancers girls high school volleyball team that won their third consecutive state volleyball championship!! Way to go girls!!

WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK

BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Ellie Viv!! They are an adorable boutique located in Ladue that specializes in Tween clothing “approved by mom”. A friend recommended this shop to me and I can’t wait to check it out with my tween daughters! They opened this past September in a shopping center located right on Clayton Road in Ladue. They have clothing for not only tween girls but also tween boys and junior sizes as well. The have brands such as Iscream, Chaser, Flower by Zoe, Goat USA, Sadie & Sage and more.
