WEST COUNTY NEWS

Several students from Lafayette High and Marquette High that are part of the HOSA-Future Health Professionals Club earned accolades at the HOSA International Leadership Conference. The organizations whole goal is to help empower future health professionals to become leaders. Such a great organization and congrats to those students earning recognition. In other great news, the ever so popular newer restaurant French Creperie will now be open 7 days a week for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dessert. So yummy!!!

WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK

BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Veritas Gateway to Food & Wine. This restaurant has so much to offer! It is located in Ellisville in the same complex as Lifetime Fitness by Clarkson and Clayton Road. They started off as a wine shop with cooking classes and wine tastings but over time it turned into a full service restaurant under the chef Mathis Stitt. It’s consistently on the Top 100 Restaurants in St. Louis from the Post Dispatch. Menu changes frequently with a focus on fresh local food.
