WHAT WE’RE LOVING THIS WEEK

BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Bloom Mind & Body Co in Ballwin!!  Although I have not personally used their services, I ran across their Facebook profile and found it so interesting.  They are a company that specializes in helping woman (specifically moms and young adults) embark on a wellness journey through coaching/counseling and bodywork (massage, breathing techniques).  They really want to bridge the gap between those two types of help in the wellness industry because…we need both!  As a busy mom of four I can totally relate to the need to slow down and ‘fill my cup’.  This place seems so perfect for that.  Check out their FB page and website and check them out if it’s something you think might help you!  https://www.bloommindbody.co/
