This week I’m highlighting Tiger Soup Dumplings! I was just at the Trader Joe’s in Des Peres off Manchester Rd when I noticed a new restaurant called Tiger Soup Dumplings. I’ve been seeing more and more dumpling places pop up and happy to share one in Des Peres.

Their menu consists of mostly dumplings as one would expect. They offer steamed with pan fried options in chicken, beef, pork or cheese and shrimp. Several sides to choose from from spicy wonton noodles to golden broccoli. Steamed or pan fried rice noodle bowls and a variety of teas and smoothies are offered as well.
