This week I’m highlighting The Caramel House located in Olivette! This place is amazing and has been featured in many of our local publications like Feast Magazine, Sauce Magazine and St. Louis Magazine.

Janet Shulman is the owner of this yummy place that specializes in small batch salted caramels. They are way more than just caramels though…caramel apples, popcorn, chocolate dipped strawberries, bourbon caramel, caramel and marshmallow sandwich cookies, smothered pretzel sticks, English toffee, Liquid Gold caramel sauce, chocolate turtles and the list continues!
