This week I’m highlighting Rebel Rolls Bakery!  This local microbakery specializes in one thing and does it extremely well…cinnamon rolls!!  If you check out her socials, you will definitely be left hungry and craving some so don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Ellie is the proud owner and baker of this amazing local small business.  She started her business in 2023 and has perfected her craft of making the best cinnamon rolls.  People will line up and wait for her pop ups to open.  A testimate to how good her product is.

I love how she has several core flavors but also mixes things up with seasonal flavors.  Her main flavors are: classic, salted caramel (love!), spiced orange, birthday cake, and cookie butter.  She’s done other seasonal flavors like peach cobbler, red raspberry, apple cider, strawberry shortcake and more!  If you want to purchase her rolls for a special occasion, she can also add sprinkles to the rolls to make them extra special.
