Here is your new to do list for the month!  Some fall favorites (I know that nothing on a chore list is usually a fun favorite! Haha) on the list like raking leaves and getting firewood ready if you have a wood-burning fireplace.

I’m seeing the market slow down a bit.  High interest rates are definitely not helping!  If you are thinking about selling in the future, now is the time to start working on those house projects so you can show buyers how well-kept your home is.  Having your home in good shape helps sellers, especially in a slower market.
