Have you noticed something on almost all the maintenance tips?  Always deep clean that kitchen!  It’s one of the rooms you spend a lot of time in and it can get very dirty, very fast. 

Market is changing slightly I’m seeing in some areas.  Shifting into a neutral market where listings are staying on the market a little longer.  There are still some, especially in the lower price points, that are moving quickly still.  If you are thinking about selling in the future, now is the time to start working on those house projects so you can show buyers how well-kept your home is.
