This week I’m highlighting Manchester Music in Ballwin!  I unfortunately am not a violin player or very musically talented at all but I had to give a shout out to this local business based on all the great feedback I hear about them.    Manchester Music opened in 2007 by Andrey Lobko who is a master luthier who has an impressive history studying with John Reed and Lisbeth Nelson Butler who was formerly the president of the Violin Society of America.

This place is all about violins, violas, cellos, and basses!  They provide set-up of the instrument for beginners but also repair, restoration and appraisal on all instruments.  They of course sell these instruments but also have a fabulous rental program for those wanting to try it out.  As a mom, this is great so your kiddo can see if it’s something they want to pursue or not without having to make a big investment in an instrument.  If you or your child is looking for lessons, they also help connect students with experienced teachers for lessons.

They are big on education of music and also providing the highest level of care and service.  Again, their reviews are amazing…5 stars with 149 Google reviews…all saying how knowledgeable they are, not pushy, excellent customer service, exceptional ability in repairs and best prices in town.  If you are needing their type of service, please check them out and support this local business!!
