This week I’m highlighting J & B Wellness in Wildwood & Cottleville!

Not sure how this company has been off my radar but a quick glance of what they offer and I’m putting it on my list of places to visit soon. They are a local family business that specializes in healthy, nutritious foods. They try to use minimally processed ingredients in their dishes which include smoothie bowls, smoothies, fresh pressed juice, overnight oats, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salads and more.

They focus on all things health and wellness and I can’t think of a better place to check out. Let me know if you’ve been here before!
