Hello West County!  If you live in Chesterfield or looking to move to Chesterfield, check out the numbers for March 2024 data.  The market is still a seller’s market meaning that inventory is on the lower side.  How do we know this?  By looking at the months of inventory.  Chesterfield currently has 2.3 months of inventory.  Meaning, if no new homes came on the market, we only have enough inventory to last 2.3 months.  A balanced market of buyers and sellers would have around 5 to 7 months of inventory… to put things into perspective.
