This week I’m highlighting C. Rallo Meat Market located in O’Fallon!! As you know, I really love highlighting local restaurants and stores and this one is the epitome of a great mom and pop store.  Many say they are, hands down, the best butchers in town!  

C. Rallo is family owned and has been around since 1901 and led by the third generation of Rallo sons.  Impressive to be around over a 100 years later and still a small town feel with excellent customer service.  They, as their website states, “specializes in the custom cutting of hanging beef and pork products, as well as processing deer and wild game”.  They only sell USDA Choice beef, Black Angus Beef, all natural pork and chicken.  In addition to all that yumminess, they ground their hamburger meat fresh every day and have a variety of home-made sausage and burger patties.

Their deli gets rave reviews as well!  A signature Reuben is at the top of the list to check out but they also have great Italian sandwiches and a delicious Turkey Featherweight.
