This week I want to highlight Oats & Honey Cafe that just opened in April of this year.

They are a Latin inspired brunch spot serving breakfast, brunch and lunch. Located in Creve Coeur, close to the intersection of Ballas and Olive. I haven’t been yet but after looking at their website and FB page, the food looks amazing!! They use fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. They have pictures of all their food on their website and after viewing the menu, I would have such a hard time deciding on what to order because it all looks so good.  They have your traditional breakfast items like waffles, pancakes and omelets but they have unique items like Chilaquiles Rojos Y Verdes which is fried corn tortillas, sautéed with green or red salsa and topped with two over easy eggs, sour cream, queso fresco, onions and cilantro.
