Hello West County!  If you live in Wildwood or looking to move to Wildwood, check out the numbers for March 2024 data.  The market is considered balanced right now looking at the data.  However, I would lend myself to say it’s still a seller’s market meaning that inventory is on the lower side.  What do I say this?  By looking at the months of inventory.  Wildwood currently has 6.4 months of inventory.  Meaning, if no new homes came on the market, we only have enough inventory to last 2.3 months.  A balanced market of buyers and sellers would have around 5 to 7 months of inventory.  In Wildwood’s case this last month, out of the 77 active properties on the market, 56 of those were already under contract.  That left only 21 active properties on the market.
