“Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate.”  You may or may not know this quote from Andrew Carnegie.  The famous industrialist’s quote still holds importance and truth in this day in age.  

I am attending a real estate investing seminar today to further my knowledge on new processes, business models, and was streams of income from investment properties.  Although our society is a lot different from the times of Andrew Carnegie, I truly believe owning real estate is one of the best things you can do to create wealth.  To create true wealth these days, I think a variety of investments makes the most sense.  You may have heard before that it’s best to diversify, which at the end of the day just means don’t have all your eggs in one basket.  Think real estate, stocks & bonds, savings accounts…

We are currently in a changing market…one moving from a sellers market to a neutral market in my opinion.  This means prices are leveling and could make the perfect time to start investing in real estate if that’s something you’re interested in. I look forward to bringing more tips and tricks to you from my seminar I attend today.  Be on the look out for that!!
