In Wildwood, a developer has once again submitted plans for Town Center in Wildwood. This is another attempt from the developer to get plans accepted for the 6.9 acre tract of land at the southwest corner of Eatherton Road and Crestview Drive at Town Center. This one states there would be 44 luxury villas that would be rentals and 1.8 acres would be common ground. There are concerns over the stormwater plan and the detention basin. Surrounding residents worry about erosion and many aren’t happy that rentals would be coming into the area. Sounds like a lot to still review! In Chesterfield, a bikeable/walkable plan has been created and more steps are being taken. Prioritized projects that total $26million include Edison Avenue Crossing (Chesterfield Valley to Monarch Chesterfield Levee), Ameren Powerline Trail (Clarkson to Ladue), Levee Trail (Edison to Centaur), Logan University (Country Ridge to Schoettler), and Riparian Trail (Old Chesterfield to Chesterfield Valley). Funding still has to be completed for this big project but it sure will be great once all completed!
