This week I’m highlighting O’Love Oil located in Chesterfield Town Center!  They just recently opened back at the end of September and I just love seeing unique businesses like this open in our community.  The owners, Bill and Heather Peplaw are food lovers and have been dreaming about opening up a shop like this for a while now.  If you can’t guess it from the name, they sell specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Their olive oil isn’t your ordinary olive oil you pick up at the store.  They search around the globe for the best of the best olive oil and balsamic vinegars.  They have many different flavors of olive oil as you can see from the picture.  Flavors of the month are always give a fun excuse to try something new too.  This month the olive oil flavor is blood orange and the balsamic vinegar is dark chocolate. Other flavors like I’d like to try are Lemon, Garlic, Tuscan Herb, and Cilantro Roasted Onion.

With the holidays approaching, I’m already thinking about what a great, unique, local idea it would be to give a gift set of different flavored olive oils or vinegars to some of my family and friends who I know love to cook and try new things.  They make it easy too with being able to buy online and have 3 different sized to choose from.
