In Wildwood, Hidden Valley Ski Resort will be making some improvements to their ski areas. Improvements include expanding the existing carpet lift and installing a new tow rope to help people get up the existing slopes. Both improvements will be great for beginner skiers and children. Also in Wildwood, there are talks to reduce the restrictions on drive throughs in certain areas of Town Center. Currently, only in the downtown district of Town Center are drive throughs allowed. Further talks will be occurring to nail down what type of drive throughs would be permitted and amount of space required for each before making a decision. More to come on that I’m sure. Lastly, in Creve Coeur, City Administrator Mark Perkins will be leaving his position after 26 years to become CEO of Great Rivers Greenway. He’s accomplished a lot over those 26 years and wish him luck in his next venture!

BUSINESS OF THE WEEK: Kidz Play STL!! You guys have got to check out this mobile craft and event planning company!! This is for anyone needing to throw an amazing party for their kids. My daughter just recently attended a party where Kidz Play created a Hoodie Bar where they got to pick decals to decorate a hoodie. My daughter loved it and so did all the other girls.
