This week I’m highlighting Truck Norris Twisted Eats located in Ellisville!  This coming Saturday, March 29 is National Mom & Pop Business Owner day and what better way to honor that by highlighting another local restaurant!  Many of you probably already know and love the Truck Norris food truck.  It’s been a staple food truck in the St. Louis area for years now.  It all started in 2017 when Todd Norris purchased a food truck and started cooking up some amazing food.  The food is a twist on comfort classics.  Taking things like nachos, tacos, sandwiches and salads but putting a unique twist on them.  

His success with his food truck led him to open up a brick and mortar store called Twisted Eats which is located in Ellisville.  The menu consists of things like the STL Cheese Steak Burrito that has steak, green & red peppers, caramelized onions, cilantro lime rice, STL beer cheese, and house-made chipotle mayo.  They have amazing ‘nachos’ that are all made with tots.  Pig Panda sandwich which features a crispy chicken patty in orange chicken sauce, spicy sambal mayo, zesty cabbage slaw on a fresh baked bun.  My mouth in watering…!!!
