This week I’m highlighting Peppers Deli & BBQ Company located in Ellisville!  It is a fantastic small mom and pop business that has been around since 1998.  You guessed it too…the sell BBQ and deli sandwiches!

Founded by FJ Schue who continually makes sure that everything is made with the freshest ingredients possible.  They are family owned and sell New York style deli sandwiches and their BBQ is Texas style.  Breads for the sandwiches are all from local bakeries as well.  And I have to mention their hickory smoked bacon which is amazing!

The staff is super friendly and hard working which makes the experience of dining there such a pleasure.  Mix that with great food and it’s definitely a place you should visit for lunch this week/weekend!
