This week I’m highlighting 3 Bay BBQ & Bakery in Town and Country!!  It’s that time of year…BBQ season. I wanted to highlight for my business of the week a small BBQ place that you may not have heard about, although they’ve been around for awhile.

You may ask why the name 3 Bay? Well, they operate out of the back of a gas station located at Clayton Rd and 141. They’ve been around since 2015 and serve up amazing BBQ and baked goods. Everything you would expect a BBQ joint to have like pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, smoked turkey, pork steaks but they also have some delicious specials. Items like Grilled Cheese Smoked Pulled Pork Panini, 3 Bay Smoked Brisket Philly Cheese, Smash Burger Tacos, and a sirloin steak wrap.

And if that doesn’t make you hungry enough, you have to check out their dessert menu. Gooey butter bars, gooey butter brownie, Hawaiian pineapple pecan cake, apple chunk cake, carrot cake….and the list goes on! If you’ve driven by this place day after day and always second guessed yourself about buying BBQ from a gas station, stop the car and go in to give them a try. You won’t be sorry!!
